Items I order from Petlab Co come quickly in the mail and my dog likes eating them, which is the best part.

Pet Lab has been part of our dog’s life for several years. Our yellow lab has joint issues and presumably a fair amount of pain getting up and down stairs. The Pet Lab formula definitely helps her. A couple of years ago, Chris and I exchanged emails about the (then) new formulation of the joint chews; and I was impressed with her knowledge and confidence in her new formula. We’ve seen nothing but improvement from Pet Lab and highly recommend them.

She's eating it! We've had to get a little creative with greenie powder but she loves everything else.

I was set up with automatic shipments of Probright. I waited for my shipment and it did not show up after one month. I contacted them and they guaranteed me that they would send another one out with two day shipping… It has been eight days and I have still not received it.

Hi Juls, We're sorry to hear that you haven't received the replacement order yet. Sometimes, unprecedented delays can transpire from the courier to your location, which is beyond our control. Nonetheless, we would like to check further into your order for you. Would you mind sharing your Order ID with us? Thank you! Stay pawsome, PetLab Co.
