The dental powder works wonders. After a month my dogs teeth looks whiter. I recommend this product to the fur family.

The probiotics are helping my pup have a healthy body and good poops. The last refill seemed different and had a slight unpleasant smell. My pup has started giving me a hard time to get him to eat them. He knows something is different. I have to find new ways to give them to him because I know how great the benefits are. What changed?
Response from PetLabCo.Oct 10, 2024

I have tried this product for a week and a half and my baby hasn't improved. I would like a refund but if it's opened they will not I suppose some dogs benefit from it but mine didn't. If you can't stand behind your product regardless of the outcome then you should be refunding to those that don't. If it worked why would I want a refund. Right
Response from PetLabCo.Oct 10, 2024
Hi there, We're sorry you are not seeing the desired results yet. Keep in mind that it can take up to 3 months of using supplements regularly to get the most out of their potential benefits. That's normal for any supplement. Additionally, we don't offer a money-back guarantee for purchases made. We only have a 30-day return policy for unopened products. You can find more information about our return/refund policy on our website. Nonetheless, we’d like to take a closer look to see how we can help both you and your pup. Could you let us know your Order ID? Thank you, PetLab Co.
