The product for the dogs teeth, which it comes in a powder for both my dogs, they do not like it. They will not eat their food with it and now I found out that you charged my card again on 10-9-24 and sending me a second order which I did not approve so when I received it, I am going to return it, and I would like to have a refund.

Please be aware that we won't enroll customers into a subscription without their consent. As long as you click 'One-time Purchase', you won't be put on a subscription or charged recurring fees.
