Your company is doing well I get the dental formula monthly & it works well for our 2 dogs BJ a chihuahua/terrier mix, & George a Jack Russell terrier. Both dogs teeth look great. I started using it when I had BJ my red Longhaired Dachshund he passed away a year ago @ 13 1/2 years old. I will continue to use it.

It sounds like BJ had a wonderful life with you, and we're so sorry for your loss. 💙 We truly appreciate your loyalty and are grateful to be a part of your pups’ health journey. All the best, PetLab Co.
Sydney
My rescue dog, Nellie, had a lot of tartar buildup from being a stray for her first year of life, and I had to have my vet clean her teeth. This is expensive, and requires sedation, which I hate to have done. After only a short time using this product, her teeth became white! Even her back teeth which are hardest to get to if I had to clean them, are white! There is a bit of plaque on the “long, pointy(?) teeth” (incisors?), but her mouth overall is much better, including her breath!

Hi Sydney, Thank you so much for sharing Nellie’s story! We’re so happy to hear that our product has made such a difference in her dental health. Keeping her mouth and teeth healthy without the need for sedation is such a win. Give Nellie some extra belly rubs from us!🤗 Warm regards, PetLab Co.

every tub I've received sealed doesn't have 30 days supply, and I've received couple tubs unsealed. I've believed that a mail carrier has stolen a tub package damaged...situation was addressed at that time. dog seems to be still having joint problems cold weather isn't helping at all. I must be a fool born in April to think employees and service working people are honest folks... I think society has breed a much more devious non caring generation in the companies 😕 the things we find in all our food supplies that you can't trust no one but yourself. frequency between shipments, not always thirty days, either run out before shipment comes.

Hi Susanna, We're really sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. We're glad to know the previous issue was addressed. Regarding your subscription shipments, we process orders every 30 days, but carrier delays—which are out of our control—can sometimes cause them to arrive later than expected. We recommend checking your order tracking details to help anticipate delivery times. We’re also sorry to hear that your pup is still having joint issues. If you’d like, we can explore other options that may better support their needs. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help! 💙 Best regards, PetLab Co.
