I have been on hold for over 45 minutes. This is now the third time I have waited on hold for over 30 minutes (the first time & 55 minutes the second time). After being on hold I get cut off. I have emailed three times with no response. I have tried to cancel per their instructions but to no avail. Pet Lab keeps sending me products I did not order. I ordered once but they keep sending products like I have a subscription. I’ve tried to cancel it under subscriptions as directed only to be told I do not have any subscriptions. I have tried any & all emails. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.
