I love that they communicate delays or issues with my orders/deliveries. Also, recently I made an incorrect purchase, the customer service rep. was extremely customer service oriented and refunded my mistake without issue.

The product is a great but I do not want it to be delivered on a bimonthly basis. I want to order when I need it.

I recently switched from ordering PetLab Co. products on Amazon to ordering directly from the company, and I’m so glad I did. I purchase the Allergy Chews and the ProBright Advanced Teeth Cleaning Powder, my dog loves both, and I’ve been very happy with the results. The customer service has been outstanding. When one product was temporarily out of stock, they promptly notified me and even offered a discount for the delay. Early on, I accidentally signed up for two subscriptions instead of one. I reached out to customer service, and they responded quickly, were incredibly kind and understanding, and resolved the issue without any hassle. Overall, I’m really pleased with both the quality of the products and the care the company puts into supporting their customers. Highly recommend!

The product is great! And the people are great! My dog's overall health is so much better having started him on the probiotic! His poop is consistent and picture perfect now, every day, and he's much less itchy. Great results for our best friend! And the PetLabCo people are great too! We had a shipment arrive incomplete (package damaged in shipping) and they replaced it so fast without any hassle. Just great product and just great people!!
