The product tastes good to my two minature schnauzers, however it does not help with digging at their ears and licking their paws .
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 2, 2025
Hi Jackie, We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're glad your schnauzers enjoy the taste. However, we understand it hasn't addressed their skin troubles. We understand that every dog is unique, and what works for one may not work for all. We’d be more than happy to help you explore another option that might be better suited for your dogs. Just contact us at [email protected], and we’ll be ready to assist. 😊 Kind regards, PetLab Co.

So far the experience has been as expected. Ordering the product was simple, delivery was timely and I am giving my pup 1 pill a day as stated. Time will tell if it supports her itching and licking, fingers crossed it brings her relief.
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 2, 2025
Hello Terri, We appreciate your feedback! We're glad the ordering and delivery process met your expectations. We hope our product provides your pup comfort, and we can't wait to hear your thoughts! All the best, PetLab Co.

. I have 2 dogs and the 1 that really needs the allergy meds, will not eat them. He is very picky and will eat mini milk bones and pupperoni only so the other one doesn’t get them. He does not eat cheese or peanut butter. We tried.

Hi there, We're sorry to hear your dog isn't a fan of our supplement. We understand that every dog has unique preferences, including their taste preferences. Some customers suggest placing a little bit of plain yogurt on the chew, wrapping the chew in a thin piece of their favorite meat, or placing it on their favorite food or treat. When considering any of these suggestions, please keep in mind any allergies or sensitivities your dog may have. If you're looking for another option that might be better suited for your dog, just contact us at [email protected]. 🐾 Kind regards, PetLab Co.

I need to cancel my auto order. I have waited on the phone over an hour 2 different times. Have sent several tx msgs. You have responded back to me you got my tx but there was no msg attached so I’m not sure what to do next to cancel my order. My fur baby is almost 17 yrs old & he refuses to eat it. I have 3 unused containers already. Very hard to reach your company!

My small dog, Ollie, won’t eat them. He is pretty choosy about treats- and it is a hassle to put it in his food and then make sure he eats all of it. I tried wrapping it in cheese-he doesn’t like PB either-and it is too big to wrap in cheese; it falls apart. I have broken it up a bit and put in food but then have to regulate if he ate it. Really disappointed as he needs to stop scratching and I need some other flavors, perhaps. (he won’t eat “pill pockets” either). I don’t want to return as he needs something but don’t see an alternative.

Hi Emily, We understand Ollie is a picky eater and that you're having trouble getting him to eat the chews. We understand that every dog is unique, including their palates. If you’re open to trying something else, we’d love to help you find the right fit. You can always reach us at [email protected]. 😊 All the best, PetLab Co.
