Products produce the results they advertise. You have to give them a chance. A very good product is the powder that keeps your dog's gums and teeth looking good.

Your customer service is absolutely horrible! You emailed me twice asking me a question and when I responded you sent me an emsil back Telling me I emailed an unmonitored email address even though you just sent me an email from it. Then o went to your help center and asked you to please tell me what the discount code was that you Just sent me as I deleted it by Accident and you responded by asking me for my email address even though you just emailed me! How exactly do you not know my email address when you’re the one that sent me an email? Seriously?? Then you tell me you don’t know the discount code even though you sent it to me less than 24 Hours previously. Pretty bad guys, might want to try paying attention
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 3, 2025
Hi Greg, We're sorry for the frustration this has caused. We haven’t received any recent emails from you using this account, which may explain the confusion. Just to clarify, the emails you received from us were likely from our marketing team. Those messages are sent from an unmonitored address, so any replies to them don’t reach our customer service team. For any support-related questions or assistance, we highly encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected]. In the meantime, we’d love to help. We will be reaching out to you directly to assist you with this. We greatly appreciate your patience. 😊 Kind regards, PetLab Co.

When you keep asking for a review tells me you are insecure. I've left a review. The product is great. Nagging for more review is just plain stupid and almost harassment
Response from PetLabCo.Jun 3, 2025
Hi Murphy, Thank you for your honest feedback and for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry that our review requests felt excessive or bothersome. That was never our intention. We value your experience and support, and we’ll absolutely take your comments to heart so we can improve how we communicate going forward. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and for being a customer. All the best, PetLab Co.

The Allergy and immune chews have taken care of my dogs itching and chewing ( don’t skip a day). Dental sticks are awesome! No more stinky breath and beautiful white teeth. ❤️
