Hi Evemarie, We're sorry to hear the product did not work for your dog, and for the confusion caused. To clarify, we wouldn’t enroll you in a subscription without your agreement. As long as you toggle off the 'Save More With A Subscription' button, there shouldn’t be any recurring charges. Additionally, supplements may take up to 3 months to show their full potential benefits, as every dog is different. Could you send over your Order ID so we can take a closer look?
