I ordered one months supply to give it a try. My dogs teeth had just been cleaned and I wanted to keep it that way. To be honest I saw ni difference and was not going to reorder. Pet Lab had other ideas, they took unauthorised £25.00 out of my account and sent me another pot. When I requested a refund they refunded me £ 12.99. ??? the refunded was charged £ 4.99 tax. I paid this tax on the product that I was charged for and now am still paying it on a refund.Check your bank accounts if you deal with this company Petlab Co. Every pet is unique, and it can take some time for the beneficial effects to become noticeable in some dogs. Unfortunately, after 6 months of use, we saw little to no improvement in my pups dental health. The tartar/plaque on his teeth remained the same. I even began accompanying this powder with daily brushing and we are kind of at a stagnant place. The next move will be a professional vet cleaning. I was really hopeful this would do amazing, but seems like I just fell for targeted ads!

Received this yesterday and put it on my dogs food. She has had terrible diarrhea poor animal. I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing it. I have requested a refund from Amazon and item will be collected on Monday. Also replied to Petlab and sent them the order number.

I really wanted this to help my dog but I just saw no improvement, so therefore not worth spending the money.

I tried the joint supplement for my dog for a few years now and don't see any changes. Which is hard to quantify as maybe it is helping degradation or maybe it is doing nothing at all. My dog does not like the taste of it and will actively avoid it. It's common to see an empty bowl with just the joint supplement sitting there. Apparently, they recently switched their method of delivery. Which ended up at a random house. We've looked at our neighbors porches and it does not look familiar. Instead of standing behind a loyal customer, we are forced to prove that we did not get it (how do you prove something you dont have). This shows what kind of company this is and we may be looking at different source. Will not be recommending this company to our dogquaintances.
