I have been giving these to my dog for a month now and my dog seems to be getting worse, he itching more now than he was before I started giving them to him ...definitely wouldn't recommend and won't be buying again

Love it!
First of all, their customer service is great. Very responsive and kind. Secondly, my dog LOVES their products! We use the dental powder, the liquid dental formula, and the probiotic chews. It gives me great peace of mind knowing I'm proactively taking care of my little guy's teeth, especially since he NEVER lets me brush them! PetLab treats are delicious, too. I'm glad I found this company.

I'm so disappointed, feel misrepresented
I'm so disappointed, first of all when I got the product, I realized how fast I was going to run out of it, one container was going to run out in 10 days , so the 2 containers 20 days. And this was for the Probiotic chews for large dogs that help with their gut health. I was under the impression I got a 2 month supply, or that's how it seemed the way it was set up on my subscription, and purchase options . I never would have bought it otherwise because I'm on such a limited income. I just wanted to help my dog, saw the good reviews. Then imagine my surprise when it didn't help at all, like not even a little. I forgot to cancel my subscription so I'm about to get more unfortunately, so we'll see if that does any good. The only positive was the my dog thought it was a treat, liked the taste.

We believe there's some confusion about the products we offer. It sounds like you intended to purchase the Tailored Probiotic Chew or the Tailored Allergy & Immune Probiotic Chew, but mistakenly ordered the regular Probiotic Chew. The Probiotic Chew is a non-tailored product, and you'll need two or three chews per day for larger dogs. The other two are tailored products, where you'll only need one chew per day regardless of your dog's size or weight.
We're sorry you haven't seen a difference yet. Every pet is unique. It can take some time for the beneficial effects to become noticeable. We recommend giving it at least 2-3 months of consistent use to allow the ingredients to fully work into your furry friend's system.
As for your subscription, kindly share with us your order details so we can assist with the cancellation, or if you want, we can switch it to one of our tailored products.

I saw results in the first week on my…
I saw great results in the first week on my Blue Merle’s teeth. He’s a seven year old Aussie and his teeth were back to beautiful in only two weeks of treatment. My black tri had more tartar and it was the third week when I started seeing significant improvement in his teeth. He is also seven years old. We are on our second jar now and that is for two large dogs. So, I am in my third week. My blue Merle‘s teeth are back to perfect and in one more week I would expect the other boy’s teeth to be, as well. Over the weekend we became subscribers and we are thrilled that This Fabulous product is here for us to benefit so significantly from!

We are 2 months in giving my dog this product and showing signs of improvement. His itching is a lot better. No more head shaking. His bathroom habits have gotten so much better also. My dog and I are enjoying this product

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work. Been using it for over a year now and seen no results. The reason they say to use it for more than 30 days is because their return window is 30 days. They just want to make sure you can’t return the product. They definitely don’t stand behind their product either as there is no satisfactory return period even on sealed products

It’s been one month so far since I got…
It’s been a few weeks since I got this for my dog, I haven’t noticed whiter teeth but he went to the groomer and now they look good! better breath!
My only thing is the powder is so fine a lot just ends up at the bottom of the bowl and I feel like it’s wasted.. so far it only sticks to wet food (I feed my dog fresh food) I have another food topper and that doesn’t stick to the bottom like this does
