My dogs like this stuff and it works really well! Their breath smells better and I've only just started them on this product but I've already noticed a change in their teeth.

PetLab has always delivered my dog’s medication on time and the mail delivery saves me time and money. Their joint chews have put years back into my dog’s activity levels and I have even recommended them to my veterinarian!

My complete address wasn’t used so my delivery went to the wrong house. I’m lucky I have honest neighbors!! The package arrived partially opened as well. Horrible service!! I don’t know how many times I have tried to tell you to include my Unit F in the address. I just will quit ordering from PetLab!
Response from PetLabCo.Nov 10, 2025
Hi there, We're sorry that your package was delivered to the wrong location and arrived partially opened. We did check your account, and it does show that your Unit F is included in your address on file, so we definitely want to look into this further. A member of our team will be reaching out directly to assist you and ensure we resolve this properly. Thank you again for your patience while we take care of this for you. Kind regards, PetLabCo.
