I do not want a subscription and there is no customer service line with people answering. If a company at the basic level of letting customers purchase one time cannot and hustles a subscription cannot be trusted. AI cover is a cover for a hustle

Please know that we never enroll customers into a subscription without their consent — customers are only placed on a subscription if the “Subscribe & Save” option is selected before adding the item to your cart. We've found it usually takes 90 days of the recommended daily dose to see potential benefits. That's normal for any supplement. We offer subscription plans to save customers money while giving their dogs time to try the product. We have Customer Portals in which you can adjust the frequency of your deliveries as well as pause or cancel your subscription at any time. My dog 8 year old Kady had problems with her teeth and after she had surgery to remove 9 teeth because of decay I started using Pro Lab Dental Powder and it helped her get rid of her foul breath and clean up the rest of her teeth and mouth. No toothbrushes!!!🐕🦺
