The delivery company never follows the instructions to leave the package in the metal box on the porch - they just drop it on the front walk, sometimes inside the gate, sometimes outside. The most recent package containing 9 lrg and 3 sm tubs was split up one whole side and had been partially but not completely taped together. Love your product, dislike your delivery service. I've spoken to the drivers several times and have only gotten uninterested blank stares.

Hi Sherry, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this with us. We’re truly sorry to hear about the way your recent orders have been delivered. We understand how frustrating this is, particularly after you’ve already tried speaking with the drivers directly. While we don’t have direct control over the actions of our third-party couriers, we absolutely take this type of feedback seriously. We will be reporting this to our fulfillment team to ensure they review this and address it with the delivery provider. Thank you again for your patience and for your continued support — we truly appreciate you. All the best, PetLabCo.

Hello Dina, We’re really sorry to hear that the products didn’t meet your expectations.
