I never received my first order. After many efforts to contact them, I didn’t hear anything back. And then they continued to send products to a different address. They had the audacity to keep sending me messages about how I should be getting on, even though I’ve yet to receive anything from them. It’s a scam. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered ProBright Advanced for my Chihuahua to try. When I received it, I offered it to him and he didn't want anything to do with it. No problem, they advertise a guarantee and return. When I tried to return it, I read the fine print in their return policy...Low and behold they will not accept anything for return that has been opened!!! I called and they basically told me tough luck. IN OTHER WORDS, THEY WILL NOT TAKE BACK ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS! HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF MY DOG WILL EAT IT, IF I CAN'T OPEN THE CONTAINER!! TOTAL FRAUD.

I recieved two orders two weeks in a row and still don't know why that happened. I did agree to getting half off the cost of the second order, but I'm still waiting for someone to contact me regarding it. I will most likely stop my prescription if it doesn't get resolved. I hope it does.

The Dental liquid has really helped our dog Sadie. The vet no longer states that she needs her teeth cleaned and this is really a blessing as Sadie is diabetic. My girlfriend told me about this product and I am so thankful.
