The CSR was excellent!! Due to having issues in emailing and not getting a response after 5 days and when I called and waited for over an hour and half where I was told due yo Hugh call volume to call back later. She gave me 50% off my order and when asked to put my orders on hold for a few months she did that. Great customer service!! You need more like her. 😊

The deliveries are always good. The product is expensive. I have been buying it for 3 or 4 months now and my dog is still the same. His teeth and bad breath are the same. There is no improvement. It is for this I am canceling my subscription.

I have an older rescue Beagle that I thought had some of the worst breath ever! I decided to try PetLab Dental Powder on him. This powder is so easy to use. There is a scoop included which is just the right amount for his weight. I sprinkle over damp food once a day and it has definitely made a difference in his bad breath smell. There is a possibility it has helped breakdown some of the tartar on his teeth. Customer service is great, ordering was easy, and the product comes in a reasonable time. I have been using this a couple of months now and I am now on a subscription plan so I do not run out. I recommend!

Product doesn't work. When I order this product they automatically put me on some subscription that I did not sign up for. Now their sending me this crap every month and taking the payment from me bank. This company is a total scam.
