Delivery is slow but fulfilled eventually.
What I have found is I will get a notice my product is out for delivery and it does not show up that day. Last three deliveries were at least three days past that initial delivery notice. Good news is it does show up and I now know not to get worried…there is a window of time for delivery.

I currently have 6 jars of your product…
I currently have 6 jars of your product for one dog. I have tried to delay delivery several times and have not been able to. I have enough product to last to the end of the year and I am not happy about the extra expense from your oversight. Lindy in Portland

The chews that I get seem to be harder
The chews that I get seem to be harder, not as pliable and easily breakable as before. Are they stale or do they have less moisture in them?

I became aware that I was running out…
I became aware that I was running out of my supply. I went online and asked for a shipment to be sent quickly. I got it in time to avoid missing treatments.
