theory11Reviews of theory11.com

I’m a huge TMNT fan, so when I saw theory11’s TMNT cards, I knew I had to have them. The art and character choices were awesome and I really enjoyed them. Unfortunately the pack I bought was missing 6 of the Spade cards. When I reached out to see if there was a way I could get the missing cards, theory11 was super fast to reach out and remedy the issue with no problems or questions asked! Like many of the other reviews, Mandy Laterveer handled my concern and was extremely responsive annd helpful! Overall, I am super happy with the cards, the quality, and the customer service.

I love this company’s products! I recently had a slight mishap with one of their products and they resolved it so quickly and efficiently. Mandy Laterveer assisted me and she was so kind and fast at responding. Just a great experience overall!

Mandy has always been helpful when corresponding for Theory11 and The Magician virtual show.

I received a prompt response to my issue and Mandy Laterveer demonstrated a willingness to resolve my missing pieces issue. I will update my review to 5 stars when it is resolved. Update: Mandy followed up and has completely resolved my issue. I'm very happy with the outcome and recommend Theory 11 puzzles and other products. Awesome!!
