Never sent my item and they haven't replied to any of my emails. Complete scam

Items are very poor quality. Look nothing the photos. Seller never replies to any emails.

Avoid !! I wish I had read the trustpilot reviews before ordering. The seller does not communicate AT ALL, the order arrived in two parts eventually after numerous emails, the cover which shipped from India, is such poor quality, sticky and poorly made - it stinks, literally. The foam piece shipped from GB Foam Direct and looks hideously out of proportion. I cannot use either the cover or the foam insert. It's not fit for purpose - straight to the dump - waste of money !!

Similarly to other reviewers, I attempted to contact the Organic Habitat multiple times, politely, with a query about how to care for the item they'd sent me, (the item was very different from how it was depicted on the site). No response via email or chat after 8 weeks. Avoid.

Placed an order. Received no confirmation or product and my money was taken.

Avoid. I don't like giving a bad reviews and I wish I'd checked the reviews here before placing an order with this company. I placed an order on 21 August and we still haven't received it (2 Sept). We have tried to contact them through emails, the whatsapp/live chat (that's not live at all), phone calls. No response at all. This makes me wonder if this company is genuine. We are now having to involve our credit card company to investigate the possibility that this company is a sham.

(Review for theorganichabitat.uk = same company) AVOID!!! Had and issue with product received and have had no response from customer service over 2 months after sending whatsapp, email and trying to reach live chat. Avoid.

I wish I read the reviews!!! Stay away, item never arrived and no answer from customer service, the person who I paid appears to be based in India. Luckily I paid with PAYPAL and got my money returned.
