Theu did not send my order, the are frodsters be carefull

It has been 11 days and our order haven't dispatched yet. We tried to contact via WhatsApp, email and chat bot NO REPLY! it looks like a scam! I should have checked the reviews before i placed our order!

SCAM - avoid, we just lost £90 on some curtains. The don't respond and arentt based in the UK

Definitely a fraud / scam site. This isn't a legitimate site as per my own personal experience and the directly related experiences of everyone else on here apparently. DO NOT BUY EVEN IF YOU WANT SOMETHING REALLY BADLY!

Please do not purchase from this company! Ordered shower curtains 4 weeks ago - no item received, no responses to emails or answers to phone calls. Clearly they have created a very legit looking website with AI, the only thing that gives away any illegitimacy is that their preferred calling option is via Whatsapp - no serious company would state something like this. I have lost £50, on low income as home with my baby, devastated that ill-meaning people have such advanced tools to scam us. Having read other people's experiences dealing with these robbers, I have no faith in receiving any compensation. Please keep reporting and warning others. Namaste

I would say zero stars - DO NOT USE THIS website it is A SCAM!! Desperately trying to get money back via PayPal - the company is not in edinburgh - after trying to contact via phone and message with no response - the number isnt a uk number and will not be on - only WhatsApp have now had intervention from PayPal and find it is a guy in India - now after being asked by PayPal to resolve he has now after 20+ days created an international dispatch from India - so if you think you are getting something handmade from edinburgh by 2 women in a beautiful linen - you have it completely wrong !! Do not get taken in and do not buy anything !!

Another scammed shower curtain order. No comms and trying to get money back through credit card or etsy as payment went through as etsy even though he has no items listed there. Etsy are no looking into fraudulent use of their portal.

think ive been scammed, purchased a linen shower curtain that still hasnt arrived 7 weeks after ordering and despite emailing calling and texting absolutely no response to any of it and no curtain! avoid!!
