SCAM you’ll never get the order

I wish like many other people who have left reviews on this platform that I'd looked on Trustpilot first before deciding to order some linen curtains from them!! I think they are probably a scam, because I've tried contacting them numerous times and ways and so far have never got a response. They have a very convincing website which said they were based in Edinburgh! but looking at my receipt l think it was actually someone in India! Luckily I'd purchased them on my credit card so after some lengthy phone calls and form filling were able to attain a refund. So obviously now I'm super careful before before buying anything online.

Ordered curtains 12/21/2025, emailed 1/7/2026 to check on status, never received curtains or a response to my email.

Ordered curtains, never arrived and could not get hold of the company, also now their website has been closed down.

The organic habitat is probably a scam. Ordered from what looks like a legit site, but never received tracking number and order never arrived. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, no response. Ended up getting a refund via payday. I will now report to the police for fraud.

I ordered and the shop didn't provide any delivery information then the website became unavailable (under maintenance). I strongly believe this is a scam.

If I could give a zero stars I would! Do not order from this company, it looks legit but is clearly a scam. Took my money and then sent nothing. No response to communications via email, or their website and the WhatsApp number doesn't even let the messages be delivered. Had to raise a dispute with my card company to get a refund.
