It does what it says it does! In fact, I can’t wear it past noon as it gives me too much energy and I have trouble falling asleep.

Since you mentioned having trouble falling asleep if you wear the device later in the day, you may want to explore the 10 frequencies it offers. Many of our customers like switching to Violet (852 Hz) in the evening as part of their nighttime routine. To switch frequencies, simply lay the device flat, then tap its side one by one. I live in the UK. I got my device since last May. I’m extremely pleased with this gold-plated BioHack pendant. The craftsmanship is exceptional, with a premium finish that looks elegant and feels durable enough for everyday wear. I love the concept behind it, combining Solfeggio and light frequencies into a beautifully designed pendant that complements my daily wellness and mindfulness routine. Whether you’re interested in biohacking, holistic wellbeing, or simply appreciate meaningful jewellery, this pendant is both stylish and thoughtfully made. The only small improvement I’d suggest is providing clearer guidance on charging. I’m not sure when the pendant needs to be recharged or how to tell when the battery is running low. Apart from that, everything has been excellent. Beautifully presented, high quality, and a pleasure to wear. Highly recommended!

As a general guide, The One typically provides around 90 hours of use on a full charge. Once the battery runs out, the device will automatically power off. If it's easier, we recommend simply charging it every 4-5 days, or whenever the battery runs out, whichever comes first. We're also working on an improvement that will include a visual low battery indicator, making it much easier to know when it's time to recharge. Thank you again for your support and feedback. L’utilisation s’est passée sans problème. L’appareil fonctionne très bien car j’ai ressenti de suite les bienfaits sur les crises d’anxiété qui m’épuisaient profondément . Je ne peux que recommander le produit cependant je regrette un peu le manque d’adaptation en français pour les questionnaires envoyés. On ne sait pas si le produit peut être mis à jour ou connecté. On nous parle d’évolution de firmware sans trop de détails . J’ai bonne foie que le dialogue s’instaure avec les clients outre atlantique .
