Hi Lobo, this means so much to us, thank you! Creating something that helps people feel more grounded and internally aligned in such a fast-paced world was exactly the intention behind The One. We’re truly grateful for your support and so glad we got to meet you at the Eudemonia Summit. ❤️

Hi Arno, Thanks for your patience while this was being sorted out. We understand how frustrating the delay and mix-up must have been. The chain you received was intended as a complimentary item, and your original order was unfortunately lost in transit, which led to the confusion. Our team has already reached out and is working on getting your replacement device to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and please feel free to reach out if you have any questions in the meantime.

Hi Petra, Thank you for updating your review. With the additional information provided, we were able to locate your order and look into this more closely. Our records show that your order was marked as delivered in January. After you let us know it had not been received, our team filed a claim with the courier on your behalf. While the claim was not approved by the carrier, we understand how frustrating this situation can be. With that in mind, we can confirm that a full refund has already been issued to you. We always approach situations like this with care and fairness, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If there’s anything further you need, please feel free to reach out.
