Dear Cheyenne, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, especially since these items were meant to be a meaningful gift for your sister. This is not the level of quality or accuracy we aim to deliver. The issues you described — missing personalization, zipper problems, and print quality — are very concerning, and we sincerely apologize for these mistakes. This is not typical of our standards, and we understand how disappointing this must have been for you. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the items. We will review this carefully and make it right for you, whether that means replacements or another appropriate resolution. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to fix this. Best regards, Elaine M. Founder of TheNoteBags
