This company is amazing
This company is amazing! I received my first bag and it was damaged in transit. Rather than just blowing it off, I received one that was in perfect shape. I did not even have to ask. Am I buying another? Yes!

Wonderful
What made my purchase great is the clutch I received today.I highly recommend these products and this company. They reply to your comments and issues if you have any, almost instantly and are very polite.

Pictures online don't do it justice
The bag was smaller than I thought it would be but not in a bad way. I thought it might be bigger than I'd like so when I opened it, I was definitely pleased. It's even prettier in person than the pictures. The pictures online really don't do it justice. I didn't realize the inside was yellow and it's definitely bright. I may have reconsidered this particular piece because yellow isn't really a color I go for but it really works for this bag. Everything about it is perfect and so much better than I anticipated. I can’t wait to order more.

So disappointed
I was super excited to get my Note Bag. I was under the impression (my fault I should have checked) that this was a product made in the USA, especially when they ask you to tip your artist. This is made in China. On the website, it looks like everything is stiched on and it's really just screen printed. The inside zipper was off and doesn't zip well. It is still pretty, just not nice like I paid for. I got my friend to fix the zipper and just won't purchase anything else from them. Next time I'll go to Etsy.

Beautiful bag. Good customer service.

The purse is beautiful
The purse is beautiful! It did not take as long as I thought and they kept in touch with me the entire time. I got the medium and it's bigger than I thought unfortunately. I guesstimated instead of measuring. I will still use it but I will order the small next time.

Good customer service
Good customer service. They let me know what was going on with the product. The product itself is stunning in person. It much prettier in person. Will buy from here again

I love my purse
I love my purse! It does take about a month to get it once place the order so plan accordingly. I did have a question about the tracking number and they responded quickly and professionally.
