My personalized bag is awesome!
I ordered my personalized purse from The Notebags a couple of weeks ago. Since then, I have gotten emails which kept me up on the bag's stage in the creative process! When I recieved my purse, I was very pleased. It is absolutely beautiful, exactly what I hoped for, and I can't wait to use it.

Ok so this bag is AMAZING!
Ok so this bag is AMAZING!! I can't be any happier with it! It's soft and big. I bought the size medium and it was huge!! Seriously took a photo of it next to my 40oz mug and it was the same height! 🤯🤯 I loved it, hands down 5 stars!!! Can't wait to order more in different designs. 🥰

Thank you, Sara, for your enthusiastic review! 🌟 We're absolutely thrilled that you love your new bag and found it to be even more spacious than expected. It sounds like the medium size is perfect for your needs, and we’re delighted to hear you’re enjoying the soft feel and generous size. Your excitement truly shines through, and we’re so glad it exceeded your expectations (that 40oz mug comparison is impressive! 🤯). We can't wait to see which designs you choose next. Happy shopping, and thank you for your support! 🥰

No handbag, oops, too soon
"No handbag. Zip up wallet arrived and if that is considered a handbag, I'm way too old school." That was my OLD review. The handbag itself arrived today, Saturday, 10/19, and it was all it was advertised to be! Love it, love it, love it.

Dear Chris Sanchez, Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any confusion regarding your order. 1. To clarify, your purchase included both a long wallet and a handbag, which were shipped separately. We are glad to hear that you have received the wallet, and we can confirm that the handbag is on its way and should arrive within the next 1-2 days. 2. Once you receive the handbag, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update your review. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction and hope that the arrival of the handbag will meet your expectations. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Best regards, Elaine M. Lost in transit
I recently ordered two (2) of the large book bags but only received one (1) about two weeks ago.
Response from TheNoteBagsOct 16, 2024
Dear Susan Brown, Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delivery of only one of your large book bags. 1. We have checked our records and found that the remaining bag was handed over to the local carrier on September 24th. If you have not yet received this item, please contact us directly at [email protected]. We will investigate further and ensure a replacement is sent out if the original is confirmed as missing. 2. Once the situation is resolved and you receive your bag, we would be grateful if you could update your review. We are committed to your satisfaction and want to ensure you are fully pleased with your experience and purchase. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Elaine M.
