Love it!
The purse is beautiful! I love the craftsmanship of the bag, and I am very happy with it thus far. I will be buying more. :) Furthermore, I hope to see different color options for the inside in the future. The shipping did take quite a while, which is a downer, but it is worth waiting for.

My handbag is beautifully crafted
My handbag is beautifully crafted. However, the strap is not what I expected as it is a simple strip of leather with two rivets on each side holding it in place. The zipper is beautiful as it zips from either side - or both. A nice feature. I will be ordering more as this will make a beautiful gift.

Thank you for your detailed and balanced feedback, LisaandShawn. We appreciate your thorough assessment of both the highlights and areas for improvement in your handbag. We're pleased that you recognize the overall craftsmanship and the practical dual-sided zipper feature. Your observation about the strap design provides valuable insight that can help us enhance future products and better describe our design specifications. It's particularly rewarding to hear that you're considering our products for future gifts, despite the strap not fully meeting your expectations. We appreciate customers who help us understand both our strengths and opportunities for refinement. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any additional suggestions or specific preferences for future purchases. Your detailed feedback helps us continue improving our product line.

When I put in my order I got an…Acknowledgment righ away
When I put in my order I got an acknowledgment right away from Elaine, also when I put in another order the next day. I also received updates every step of the way on what is happening with the order. Received the hand bag yesterday and I am very happy with the product as was the recipient. Received a e-mail that my Notebag order is on its way.

Arrived crushed and smells bad.
This bag took FOREVER to arrive. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, so that was lame. In addition, the bag was shipped in a plastic sleeve instead of a box, so it arrived crushed and wrinkled. Finally, this thing smells terrible. I don’t even believe it’s leather, it smells so much like chemicals.
Response from TheNoteBagsJan 9, 2025
Dear Brandy, We sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience with your order. 1. Regarding the shipping time, delays during the peak holiday season are something we are working to improve, and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the late delivery. 2. We are sorry the packaging did not adequately protect your bag. We are currently reviewing our packaging standards to prevent such issues in the future. 3. As for the smell, this can sometimes occur during transit due to the protective treatments applied to the leather. We recommend airing the bag in a ventilated space for a day or two to dissipate the odor. However, if you suspect the material is not as advertised, please contact us at [email protected], and we’ll address your concerns. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make this right. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. Best regards, Elaine M. Founder of TheNoteBags

The bag is very nice
The bag is very nice, looks like its pictures. The delivery took an incredible lengthy time. Honestly, had I known it was going to come from China (not in stock), I would not have ordered it after Thanksgiving. The recipient is happy with her present. I'm glad she has it. I will ask more questions about the source of the product and shipping information next time. However, that information was not readily, if at all present. Again, the bag is very nice and we will enjoy its use.
Response from TheNoteBagsJan 9, 2025
Thank you for your detailed feedback, Jay. We sincerely apologize for the extended delivery time and acknowledge that our shipping information should have been more transparent, particularly regarding international sourcing and holiday season timelines. We're pleased that the bag's quality met expectations and that the recipient is happy with their gift. However, we understand your concern about the lack of clear shipping and sourcing information during the purchasing process. Your feedback about improving the visibility of our shipping details and product sourcing is valuable. We're working to make this information more prominent on our website to help customers make fully informed purchasing decisions, especially during peak gift-giving seasons. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience in detail. Your insights will help us enhance our communication about delivery expectations. If you have any additional questions about future purchases, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

First and Last time...
I ordered my two bags at the beginning of December as Christmas gifts and did not receive until about a week after. If I'd known they would take that long, I wouldn't have ordered. The "song and dance" emails were quite annoying, ridiculous actually.
Response from TheNoteBagsJan 8, 2025
Thank you for your feedback, Scott. We sincerely apologize for the late delivery of your Christmas gifts and understand how frustrating this was for your holiday planning. We recognize that our follow-up communications didn't meet your needs and instead added to your frustration. We aim for our updates to be helpful rather than bothersome, and we'll review our communication strategy based on your feedback. We take both the shipping delay and communication issues seriously. Your experience helps us identify clear areas where we need to improve our service, particularly during the holiday season when timely delivery is crucial. If you'd like to discuss your experience further or need any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. It helps us work toward better serving our customers.
