Have not received product that was ordered, nor has their been any update on order/shipping, etc. Then we keep getting this survey. Can maybe give better score if product is ever received.

Correct part, quick delivery but statement on website reflecting support on parts ordered failed miserably. Had requested twice, per their feedback form, for support on an ordered part but haven't received a response.

Ordered a new glass shelf. Glass has sharp edges no rounding, very poor quality for the cost.

The item that I ordered consisted of a total of 4 part numbers. Of the 4, only 3 were delivered. I did not receive part number#627713.

April 22: Items still haven’t arrived. Hopefully it shows up early this week!👍 April 8: Thanks for your quick response yesterday. I received a timely email back from customer service. I just wanted to clarify something though. The email said that Canadian orders have to be shipped to Michigan first, and then to Canada. It also said that there is a two week turnaround as a result. I need to know if the two week time frame is to get the items to Michigan and then to me? or is the two weeks to get the items to Michigan only, and then there will be a further wait to get them to me in Canada? Basically, what is the estimated date of delivery to Merritt, BC, Canada? thx!!! April 7, 2019: The person on the "chat" was very helpful. I was able to get part numbers for everything i needed and order them right away. However, 5 days after i processed my order, I checked on the shipping status and it still says "Awaiting Fulfillment". I called and emailed to find out what this means and have had no response. I am on a fairly tight time frame to have my fridge installed and need to know if i can get the parts I need in a timely manner. I wish they would respond and let me know when i can expect to see the items i ordered.

I received a Wrong Part for my Norcold 682 which was recommended through an internal online link at "The Norcold Guy", I have since been unable to receive a proper return process. The customer Service appears DOA. Buyer beware. Looks like they need some adult supervision. After I actually receive a full refund (I hope) I will be cancelling my account with "The Norcold Guy". Regards

Just a report on my experience as a warning. I bought an Arp contoller from him and Yes it seems to work (at least I haven't had a fire yet). BUT my experience this past summer says beware. This seller (as well as the product and its developer/inventor) have a very long way to go to make it a user/installer friendly product. Anyone attempting to install should unless very lucky (or already refrig industry savy) expect a long aggrevating learning curve and some of the most convoluted support I have in 30 years of technical experience ever seen. And watch out for buying from anyone other than the inventor at arp.com. Heres my experience: My Norcold temp controller went out from a lightning power surge. Getting a tech to com out to deal with it ended up impossible and extremely expensive and no one would touch the arp. After research I found the product via "the Norcold Guy's" web site. I talked to him and ordered it after being told it was a great product and easy to install. They sent a controller for the wrong refrig and didnt even know there were different models for different refrigs. Then it was sent to the wrong address and instead of overnite it went out 4 days later. After finally getting it, it didnt work (remember wrong refrig). Went to the Arp web site and tried to plow thru the product manuals (the worst technical writing imaginable). Had to talk to the owner. Was told I had the wrong product and had to reorder. Did so. Called owner back to get much needed clarity on bad product manual. Owner confuses me with some one else and sends me on a wild goose chase. Finally get it running only by trial and error and numerous redos. In short It took 5 weeks to get it running correctly and a lot of spoiled food and ice cubes. But it does finally seem to be doing the job.
