Timely receipt of parts. Lowest price I could find. Parts were an exact fit with the current upgrades without any modifications and an easy install. But, the first guy I talked to and ordered from chose the WRONG part number even after I gave him all the exact information. Five minutes later I saw the mistake and had to call back to reorder with someone else. Check the website and make sure you agree with what they want to order for you.

I’m not a person who reviews very much. I usually buy a product and the moment I get it, I’m off to fight my next disaster. However, the purchase of my new replacement refrigerator warrants a review. RV appliances either work or they don’t, there is never a window of opportunity to buy something ahead of time or be proactive in its replacement. My RV refrigerator went out on a Tuesday evening and after some quick research I purchased a replacement from THE NORCOLD GUY. This was at approximately 9pm on Tuesday mountain time. I received a phone call from the shipping company on Friday morning that he was at the RV park and wanting to deliver. In conclusion....Very quick delivery, price was the same as rip-off, I mean camping world except I didn’t have to wait the 2-3 weeks they said it would take to get it. THE VERY BEST PART OF MY EXPERIENCE is that the replacement fit like a glove in the refrigerator cabinet. 5 out of 5 stars without hesitation.
