I got it fast, and it became easy to install. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the instructions about the panel were not clear. After I finally figured which side piece came off, and how it was easy.

The only problem was on my first order they did not include both items on the order that were paid for. Had to get back with them to get it reordered.

Ordering an shipment was fast and accurate. So far it has been great dealing with them. I do wish I had shopped alittle longer for my part as I found it cheaper on Amazon by nearly $40.00

The new core arrived quickly and in good condition. There are a few videos that show how to remove and replace the old one. None quite prepared me for how tough it was to align the holes for the cooling fins and freezer plate. My biggest issue with the new core is you have to cannibalize so much of the old core to move to the new one. The original issue I had I’m convinced is that the thermostat failed, preventing the fans from running. This overheated the condenser and caused it to burst and leak. Replacement left the old failed thermostat transferred to the new core. Back to the original symptoms. The replacement core should be a total replacement for best results.

Got me the product finally but communication while the order was back ordered could have been better.

If their prices were a bit more reasonable, I would have given them 5 stars.

Not bad service, and shipping was pretty impressive. The person on the phone actually understood my question, and had the proper answer.
