Called on two ocassions, several days have passed and no one contacted me in any fashion, phone, text, e-mail. I ordered a fridge door and hinge kit hope ing thay are the right ones. Poor form!

Placed my order on 6/27 requesting 3 day shipment. Haven't received it and finally inquired on it 7/6. Was told that it wouldn't process till 3 weeks. Totally unacceptable. Requested order cancelled and refunded. Received refund. By the way was able to by part same day in town.

Easy to order parts but difficult to get customer service. I have left 3 messages for someone regarding the shipping issue with a recent order and have not received a return call or been able to connect with a live person.

Contacting you on order issues seems to be rather difficult

Can't get any reply after taking pictures of the wrong parts they sent me. Still can't use my refrigerator due to no hinge. Complained over phone several times only got one return call. Asked for pictures now no response at all. I would find another business to get your parts. Unfortunately I have not found this item anywhere else. But still looking

I did a bunch of research before buying a Norcold 5.5cf fridge, in BLACK. When the fridge arrived, it did not have a door panel, at all. I asked where my black door panel was, and I was told that it needs to be purchased separately. Now, I am a pretty reasonable guy. I bought from The Norcold Guy because the product description said it was black, and showed a picture with a black door panel. Other companies sell this fridge for 20% less in some cases, but showed a picture with a woodgrain doorpanel, which is not what I wanted. I gave this company the opportunity to correct the problem, and they have not even emailed me back. If this thing was not HUGE, I would have already sent it back. My recommendation is to either purchase somewhere cheaper, or enjoy a fridge without a door panel.

First of all I want to let everyone know the reason why I rated it 2 stars. I had placed an order for 4 ice trays and meant to order 2. I immediately emailed the company to let them know so they can catch the order before going out and it did not happen. I had sent 3 emails and left two messages on their voice mail and nobody even responded. Lets just be really honest here, finally after 5 days I get an email from Brian to try and help me through this situation in how I can return 2 trays and I'm still waiting. Website is definitely on point, very clean and clear on the details but to be a good company all around you need to make sure customers need to be taken care of from all points of communications.

We had to replace our fridge door due to a broken top piece where the hinge connects. Had to order a smooth interior since the "waffle" was not available. Therefore, had to order a hinge conversion kit. All arrived and there were two identical hinges, although one had a different number, and neither would fit on the top of the door (suspect someone mislabeled it). We call twice on the Friday after Christmas and sent an email and posted a question on the website. To date, December 31, no one has called or emailed. Since we had already taken the old door off, my genius husband figured out a way to do some drilling and make the original top hinge work. At the prices of Norcold parts, one should not have to remanufacture.
