Part exactly what I ordered. Works great. Packaged up nicely to protect it. Took me a month to get it. Assuming it was possibly because of the pandemic.

I got the part that I wanted and it works. I had to wait 3 weeks but they said it was because of the Covid 19.

He was spot on and had the part I needed during this pandemic. Couldn’t get the part anywhere else, only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 was because the part was a little more expensive than anywhere else but I understand supply and demand.

In spite of my attempt to forestall the shipment of a Dometic wire shelf part, I received it anyway....I don't have a Dometic fridge..., I called and asked what they'd like me to do with the part, and haven't heard anything yet. Only the right hand trim piece for my Norcold has come...., apparently the left side piece is stuck in Elk Grove Village, but still hopeful that it will make its way to NC. Seem like nice personnel, and the USPS can be frustrating in the best of times, which this isn't.
