I ordered bins and shelves for my rv…
I ordered bins and shelves for my rv norcold. They charged me 26.00 shipping. The bins were wrong size so I contacted them to return. Beware there is a 30% restocking fee! I e-mailed them several times, called several times, no one answers. It's been almost 2 weeks with no responses. Beware of this company as they don't want to take back any products. Worst customer service ever!!

I do see one Email stating "need to return" and that's being handled. The restocking fee is to take care of the fees associated with getting you the parts you ordered (shipping, transaction/ refund fees, return shipping). The only time we will charge this restocking fee is if you ordered incorrectly. If the mistake was made by us, there is no charge and we have UPS pick up the part. Not a solution!
The fact that Norcold doesn’t provide an actual replacement piece for a faulty fridge is unacceptable! This piece DOES NOT fix the problem. You must buy a new door and then put the piece on it in order to prevent the door from breaking.

In the description for the hinge kit it reads "If your door has broken off, you will need to replace the door". We are not the manufacturer of the parts you're upset about, we simply sell them and provide support.

No clue on the part
No clue on the part, as I haven't received it yet, despite it being well past the date they said it would ship. I've called and left a message, I've tried the chat feature, and I have emailed them, no replies to any of those.

There is no customer service!
There is no customer service. After 2 voice messages and 3 emails they finally contacted me. Only to say that it takes time, which is not stated on the website. I too received an email stating my order had been delivered but I don't know where since they would not return messages. It took 9 days for them to respond and that was after I disputed the charge. Then they had the audacity to say that I had to pay return charges. Wish I saw these reviews before ordering.

Susan, I see 3 call backs to your number that you had put on your order without one answer. I see several Emails back and forth. I wanted to take the time today to show you where it states lead time. It's right above "add to cart" on the product page and this one shows a 3-4 week lead time. Please take a look at the part you ordered: https://thenorcoldguy.com/norcold-burner-tube-621051-fits-the-322-323/ It's also important to mention that we rarely accept special orders back at all. In our policies we explain that we never do and that's because they're obscure parts that are rarely ordered and we don't have the space to stock parts like that. We made an exception to take this part back. You can reach back out to us whenever you'd like to handle this return.

Special orders can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to get but usually are within 2 weeks. It's not something that we have any control over since it has to be placed directly through the manufacturer. Regardless, sorry that your order arrived later than anticipated!

If you are looking for a new or used…
If you are looking for a new or used RV, make sure it doesn't have a norcold refrigerator in it. We have 2016 Durango 5th wheel purchased new in2015 and having ourn3rd refrigerator installed next week. These things are absolute junk. Only reason we will replace it with another is because warranty company requires cooling unit be replaced. Get a residential model instead.
