What is your order number? I don't see anything in the system under Kyley Clark, nor any voicemails submitted...

I placed an order on May 28th. Ground shipping website says 3-5 days. June 14th. Still no product, No updates, or no tracking information. I called a few times just to get voicemail of after hours. But no clear hours of when to call. Please help, would be happy to change review if I receive a working product soon! Thank you for the reply, and some tracking information. That tracking information was started today after getting ahold of someone on the phone. But when I placed my order on may 28th, I got a notification my order shipped back in may. After speaking to someone on the phone I was told it was on back order but I should get it Tuesday.

The UPS tracking has not been updated and so we're working on this for you! It shows it was placed 2nd day air. We will ship out another today if we can't sort out where the first order went. https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&tracknum=1Z1A3E580709913478&requester=UPSHome/trackdetails

I do not see any order under that name, Tanya. Is it possible you have the wrong store? If not, please let me know what your order number is so that I can help you out. Nobody here wants to take your money and provide you with nothing so lets get this sorted!

I gave The Norcold Guy one star because zero stars was not an option. I made 2 different orders with this company. The first one was a great experience- same day shipping, took 2 days to get here, etc, but unfortunately it was the incorrect part (my fault, not on the part of the Norcold Guy). I went ahead and ordered the correct part so that I would hurry up and get it and that was a totally opposite experience. They decided not to ship it until 2 business days after I ordered it. I never received a tracking number and my attempts to get a tracking number (logging into their website, multiple calls with voicemails that were never returned) proved ineffective. I finally received the correct part, almost a week after initially ordering it, and now I cannot get anyone at The Norcold Guy to issue me an RMA number so that I can return the incorrect part that I initially ordered. So now I'm stuck with a $60 part that I have no use for. Best case is that they'll see this review and issue my RMA number so that I can return the part and pay a 30% (yikes!) restocking fee in addition to paying to ship the part back. The worst part is that after ordering from The Norcold Guy I found the same part on Amazon for 1/2 the price, not to mention that I would have NO problems returning an incorrectly ordered part to Amazon. I guess this was just a $60 lesson in how to order parts for my RV in the future.

I have just looked over our Emails for returns and I don't see anything from you, Mr. Kendall. I have sent it to the correct department and you'll get an Email in the next two days with return instructions. As for the shipping, you placed your order ground shipping. It shipped from a warehouse a little further than your first order but it looks like it was still within the standard ground shipping lead time. Nobody here wants you to hang onto a part that you don't want or need... Did you have trouble reaching us by phone at 8888102366? Sorry your second experience was such a negative one, I'll make sure the MRA is sent over as soon as it gets passed through.

After spending more for parts from this supplier with the promise of technical support, the order process was great but we have not gotten any response to our technical questions either by phone or email

Had placed an order for a optical board and a incorrect part was shipped. Talked with Brain about the error and he lied to me saying proper parts were being shipped and to return wrong one upon receiving shipment, never happened. Strongly suggest against using this vendor. Does not response to e-mails. This has being ongoing for over three months. BEWARE...
