Item was in stock when I ordered. Now, I am unsure of delivery. There was no communication about when to expect. Everything about the ordering process is good

No one was available on the chat function. I sent a message via their chat but never got a response. Called the number listed on the website, no one answered. Made a best guess on the part I needed. It did ship quickly. The optical display I ordered had some scuffs on the faceplate. Wasn't terrible so installed anyway and I needed it working asap. Part(s) fixed problem. Good enough I guess.

The parts I ordered were great, however the technical support leaves alot to be desired. Doesn't respond to email and hard to get on the phone, mailbox was full, so you can't leave a message.

The shipping etc was fine. The problem is if there is any issue, they will not return any forms of contact. Tried multiple emails and multiple phone calls to nothing. After my review they contacted me and it sounds like they are pretty busy so it got lost in their mix. Brian advised that using the contact form instead of the email address on the website is more reliable. Asked me to try a disconnecting the thermostat to try to troubleshoot further. Upping the rating some to a more fair level.

5 stars for the delivery of the lamp bracket I ordered. 1 star for the inability to order the plastic lamp lens which is shown as #3, but not circled, in the same schematic on your website.

Received the cooling unit and install per instructions. Everything seems to be working fine. After an hour the led turned red and blinked code 1. Reset the system and the same thing happed again. Had to install my old heating element and now the system is working as should. Hope to get and new heating element from the supplier.

Kind of hard to rate. My initial order went through and never said anything about it not being available. Then a couple of days later I received an email advising me the item I ordered was on back order with no definitive date when I would receive it. Still waiting.

I ordered a part yesterday and requested/paid for overnight delivery. So far I have gotten zero response from them and my “status” is “awaiting fulfillment”. Update: I just got an email from LLC Seek Adventure, that says it shipped. If it gets here tomorrow I’ll add some more stars. Addendum: thanks, I was pretty sure you would email me tracking info, but do not see that. I’ll add one more star. Presumably I get the part today. I guess I’ve gotten spoiled with having regular communication from places like Amazon to tell me when my packages shipped when it will arrive, etc. Later, so here it is 5 PM and I don’t have a package, I requested and paid $48 for overnight service, if it was shipped yesterday it should have arrive today and it’s not here, no tracking information has been forwarded to me either.
