The part I ordered is on back order, so I do not know if it will work in our refrigerator. I did call your company first and I was appalled on how rude the man was. He came across that he really did not want to help me. He did finally looked up the part number and told me what it was. He spoke so quickly that I had to ask him multiple times to repeat as well as the website he said I had to access to order the part.
