I was having a hard time finding a certain part for my camper refrigerator. I discovered the norcold guy on one of the chat forums that somebody had a good dealing with. I looked them up they had the part I needed, the price was reasonable, and they shipped it right out. Too bad hurricane Ian destroyed the camper before I had a chance to install it.

I used norcoldguy for about 6 different transactions as I rebuilt a 25 year old norcold gas refrigerator. Transactions were smooth, fast shipping and prices were reasonable.

I needed help to find out why my Norcold N611rt was not cooling and producing a 5 Flash Code. I sent the request by email and was answered quickly with what was not the problem and the items that could cause the problem. Working through that list I ordered a new Thermostor and am now awaiting it's arrival. Once installed I hope it will fix the problem.
