Not good
Not good. Placed an order with 2 day shipping. 2 weeks later, no product, no return calls, no return emails. Beware.

Unfortunately I never received the parts…
Unfortunately I never received my parts, it was easy enough to order and the site was pretty good, and easy enough to use. Just wish I would have gotten the parts. Also it would be great if I could call them and let them know!!! Thank you -Will

This was a special order you placed with a lead time of 3-5 weeks since it is on backorder in the industry. It states this right above the "add to cart" on the product page. We are still waiting on it to come in but will ship it out just as soon as it does!

We ordered a refrigerator for a customer of ours and we were charged on our credit card 1687.00 and never received it and the charge has not credited back to our card after I cancelled the order by phone, email, and on the website and no one has bothered to call or email me back about this NOT A TRUSTWORTHY WEBSITE OR COMPANY

Not seeing an order under that name but if you'd like to provide us with your order number I'd be happy to look into this for you. We do bill customers for special orders as soon as we place the order on their behalf. It's not a scam, just simply how the order is placed and the same time in which we get charged. Special orders like one for a whole refrigerator can take 6 weeks or more right now and so we understand it's not a convenient process. Please do let us know on the order so that we can get you sorted.

I never received my stuff
I never received my stuff. Spent a few hundred dollars and nothing happened. Tried contacting them for a few months and no replys. Buyer beware Answered your reply and still I'm not able to get through on the number you provided. Voicemail has been full for months. Please cancel and refund

ordered fine
ordered fine, NEVER delivered, NEVER answered my phone calls or Emails, forcing me to go to my credit card company to get my money back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.... crappy follow up emails give you the choice of clicking a link if everything is great, but ask you to call if it's not... then they won't pick up and for sure NEVER return a voicemail. Thanks for the headache

No Order, No Response for Over a Month
Placed an order on August 3 and as of September 22, I have yet to receive it. The item was listed as in stock when I placed the order. When I called the week after placing it, I was assured that it would arrive the next week. It did not and the status of my order has remained unchanged since then. I have left several phone messages and written multiple emails politely requesting cancellation and a refund of my money and have received no response whatsoever. It has now been over a month since I made that first request. I understand that times are very tough for businesses right now, however they're very tough for the rest of us as well. It's not the delay that I mind as much as the lack of communication. A simple response would have gone a long way. Unfortunately now I am forced to going through my bank in order to file a dispute in order to get my money back. Not recommended for any reason.

Spend your money elsewhere
We ordered a part over 3 weeks ago. They are now dodging our calls and we still have no part. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Edit: We are now getting contact from the company after 4 months. Thankfully during this time we have been able to get our credit card reimbursed and have been able to order from another company for cheaper. We will not be using this company ever again.

Back ordered
Placed an order and I immediately get a message the item is back ordered. Why couldN’t they have told me before I ordered. AND they have already charged my credit card. I hope it comes in a reasonable time. They are the ones who asked for a review on an item I have received.
