I hate giving anyone a bad review but I never received item that was ordered on July 13, 2021. I have sent 2 emails asking for a response. I left one phone message that was placed after four failed attempts where the mailbox was full. I have sent an inquiry through their account page and I filed a complaint with PayPal but missed the escalation date as I was away. I have not heard anything from this seller!!!!! Nothing!!!! To the fair, the seller stated items could be delayed due to COVID and used a 3 to 5 week window, but we are at 9 weeks and NO communication. Payment was made through PayPal and a refund was never issued by seller.

I ordered two items from them. One was fine and the other is defective, probably from the manufacturer. They will not answer emails or process a return request form from their own website. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Their customer service is terrible (non-existent).

Worthless info. Don’t waste your money. No wonder he doesn’t work for Norcold anymore, doesn’t have a clue. Honestly, anyone with internet connection and half a brain can do as well on your own. Rude and arrogant attitude!

Terrible service... Ordered a new fridge door and paid in full 2 1/2 months ago but received nothing other than the order confirmation for my order #1030387. Sent many emails to parts at norcoldguy.com and orders at norcoldguy.com but nothing. Contacted them on Facebook and their chat room, nothing... Tried to call them multiple times, nothing. I ordered a refrigerator March 9. It soon showed shipped status. It is now march 24 and I have left numerous messages in full mailboxes and sent emails, all with no response just to get the tracking number. Their web pages say there is a chat box in the lower left of the page, but it does not exist. Reply: I have already sent multiple emails on order 1030450. My last one is to cancel the order. Please respect that. I should not have to go through Trustpilot to get a response. Reply2: I only use one email I received confirmation on 3/8. 3/15 Emailed info at thenorcoldguy.com requesting the tracking number. Undated left phone messages. Subsequent calls did not leave message since no reply to first ones. 3/24 7:15 Again emailed info at thenorcoldguy requesting the tracking number. 3/24 9:25 Emailed orders at thenorcoldguy requesting the tracking number 3/24 18:54 emailed info at thenorcoldguy requesting cancellation stating I would not accept the package if it ever did arrive. Note: info is the email address on the order status page, but info should forward to orders if they can't handle it. According to the tracking number it was delivered on 3/15 to Long Beach, CA, not Hawaii where I live. If it is still in transit somewhere, you should get it intercepted and returned to save me the trouble and you the additional expense.

Regarding order #1029915 I would give them zero stars but I have to give them a one star as it’s the lowest I can give. I ordered parts January 4, 2021 and was told parts were awaiting shipment and would be 3-5 weeks which was fine but it’s now going on 10 weeks and still nothing. I have sent emails trying to get a answer without any response from them.

I placed an order Sept 1, 2020. I was told 3-5 weeks delay because of Covid. I called at 5 weeks. Was told they are still delayed, with no ETA. He warned me not to cancel or it would be March. He would not even tell me where I was in the queue, which I thought was odd. Now when I attempt to cancel the order December 14, no response. The phone number on my order is disconnected. I called the web page number and lots of mumbo jumbo, but no way to talk to someone. Think twice is all I can say. At least if they would update the website to an honest delay time, instead of the bogus 3-5 week delay, that would be a start. It is dishonest, since they grab your money up front instead of waiting for it to ship like most places. Later: isn't it odd you find the time to reply here, but you can't bother to answer your phones or emails. Hmmm
