Jerry, so sorry you're having issues with your order. Not sure what is happening with your order but we're not in the business of taking money and giving empty boxes so lets sort this out. Please Email [email protected] and include your order number and what you received.

I ordered the Norcold N4104 for my boat. It arrived with a broken latch. I plugged it in after a few days and it does not work. I have written many emails and spoke with Brian twice. Since then no response from anyone?
Response from RV Fridge GuysJun 14, 2022
John, we have this issue closed out on our end. Has this not been resolved? If not, please give us a call as soon as possible at 8007128822.

I placed my order #1035606 on February 16th. My credit card was charged on February 17th. On the 18th my account said my item had shipped. On February 23rd I got an email from shopper approved delivery response stating if I have not received my purchase in a week or two, contact The Norcold Guy. I emailed on February 24th, March 4th and again today with no response. Every time I call I get a recording the mailbox is full. Began the process of disputing the charges today. Would rather have gotten the parts I ordered.
Response from RV Fridge GuysJun 14, 2022
Michael, you had sent an Email to have this order canceled and so we did. There is no need for a dispute since the charges have already been returned to you. If you need more assistance, do let us know. This part showed it had a lead time of "3-5 weeks" and was listed above the "add to cart" button. So sorry for the confusion!

No response from Norcoldguy. Ordered a fridge back in April 2021. Order number# 1030827 Emailed several times with no response. Tried to call but the voicemail is full. I realize COVID has delayed orders, but 7 months late? Could they at least respond via email?
Response from RV Fridge GuysDec 23, 2021
It looks like this order cancelled and refunded due to an open dispute on it. This happened months ago. Please do reach out to us at [email protected] and include your order number if you are unaware of this or need more clarification. When a dispute is detected, they get cancelled automatically. However, we are very sorry about the delays that had in getting us your refrigerator. Unfortunately, sometimes they miss their estimated lead time and this is one of those times.

I ordered a refrigerator door shelf for my nor cold refrigerator in my RV back on September 25. I never received an email confirmation or an order number. I have contacted the Norcold guy customer service several times both by phone and email and have never gotten a response. Maybe by leaving this review I can get someone to contact me regarding the status of my order. So far the only thing I’ve received is no response

Becky, I'm not seeing any Emails under this name or orders under this name. Could you please give us a call at 800 712 8822. If you get a voicemail, it just means that the lines are busy so please leave a message and we'll get back to you. If you'd rather Email, send an Email to [email protected] and include your order number. I'm guessing that you have a special order in the system with us and most of those have lead times around 7 weeks.

I ordered a fridge on Aug 31,2021. Order #1033822, the estimated wait time was 3-5 weeks as reported by other customers. Current date is Oct 21, 2021 and still no fridge. I called and spoke to someone on 10/19/2021 regarding canceling my order. no email was sent notifying me of cancelation and my order on the website still says awaiting shipment. I emailed them from my private gmail and on my account through their site and still have received no indication that my $1774.44 is going to be returned. If your reading this Norcold Guy Team, I need verification that this order has or will be cancelled. 12/13/2021: in response to norcold guys reply, I find it hard to believe that a refund was issued seeing as there was no communication on your internal message form. I called multiple times and messaged multiple times with no response. I had to go to my bank and get them involved to get my issue refunded. And yet you’re saying I was refunded in October and I am just now receiving a response on 12/13/2021? Poor customer service. I will not use your company again and I will not recommend to anyone.
Response from RV Fridge GuysDec 13, 2021
This order was successfully cancelled on 10/19. The refund shows that it was posted on this end. I will have someone send verification of that to you. Keep in mind that all refunds go back to the same card or PayPal account used for the order.

My initial contact with the company was a positive experience. They even answered my emails on the weekend and responded to let me know what board to order. When I ordered the $238 board I added on expedited shipping for $26. The board did not arrive when expected but that’s not on them, as I know delivery is out of their hands. However, when I received the board, the static bag was already opened. I inspected the board and since it looked good, I installed it in the camper. Pretty simple installation, just plugging in what you unplugged on your old board. It did not work. When I went to retrieve the paperwork from the shipping box to call them, I realized the receipt that was in the bottom in the box, was not even my receipt. It had hand written information on it concerning a return. I’m actually thinking I was sent another customers defective board. I responded to one of their “how was your purchase emails” and told them I was extremely disappointed. They sent me an email saying, “we understand you got a returned board” Since then I’ve emailed three or four times and I’ve never gotten ANY response. My RV fridge still doesn’t turn on and they’ve obviously ignored my emails. I’m pretty disgusted at this point. $250+ down the drain.
