Hi Peter, thank you so much! You’ve described exactly why we created the Mod Case, to keep all the functionality of the Apple Watch while giving it the presence, feel, and character of a more traditional timepiece. We’re delighted it gives you the best of both worlds. Enjoy your setup, and thank you for your support! The Mod Projects Team

Hi Joe, we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. While we’re disappointed that the strap didn’t fully meet your expectations, our main concern here is that you purchased access to our luxury watch face collection and have still not received it. You also should not have had to send multiple emails without receiving a response. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reference this review. We’ll have the case escalated so our team can provide your watch face access and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and appreciate the opportunity to make this right. The Mod Projects Team

Hello JC, thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review! This is exactly the experience we aim to create, keeping everything that makes the Apple Watch Ultra so functional, while giving it the presence, weight, and character of a premium timepiece. We’re especially happy to hear the quality exceeded your expectations and that you’re enjoying the different straps and our watch face collection. We’ll also make sure Claire sees your kind words. We truly appreciate your patience with the delivery, and we’re glad the final result was worth the wait. Enjoy your Mod, and thank you for your support! The Mod Projects Team

Hi Ryan, thank you so much! We’re delighted to hear you’re loving the look and feel of the band, as well as how simple the installation was. Different “scents” for different styles gave us a smile, we’re guessing you meant colors! Either way, building a collection for every look sounds like a great plan. Thank you for your five stars and support! The Mod Projects Team
