My wife and I shopped for months to find the right massage chair at the right price. We shopped the road shows at Costco and Sam’s Club as well as the stores and the internet (which I don’t recommend). Daniel, at The Modern Back, was very helpful and allowed my wife and I to try as many chairs as we liked that he had on display. Daniel was very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. We felt absolutely no pressure at all. After shopping at a few other places that week, we returned to The Modern Back decided on the Osaki DuoMax SE. We absolutely love our chair. Daniel gave us an incredible deal with excellent service. We highly recommend seeing Daniel at The Modern Back if you’re in the market for a massage chair.

We entered the store unsure of the product and with limited knowledge. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable about functions, benefits, comparisons, fit for particular individuals and situations. Above all, Daniel was patient as we spent a significant amount of time reviewing and re-reviewing the chairs. Because we drove 2.5 hours to get there, Daniel recognized our time commitment as well.
