Ana-Marie, Tom, and Colin are truly amazing people. They offer the best price anywhere (including online) and stand behind their product and are committed to service. They know their products, and their vendors, and will guide you in the correct decision. I had an issue with the 3rd party delivery company used by the manufacturer, and Modern Back was amazing and went out of its way to resolve the issue. Highly recommend.
