Great experience with The Million Roses. UPS damaged my flower arrangement, and my order was replaced immediately after I reached out to customer service with a photo showing the delivery damage. Went above and beyond to make things right in a timely manner. Highly recommend, I will be a longtime customer.

Spent £400 on 2 dozen black rose and they arrived singularly in boxes!! What the hell am I meant to do with them now?? Spend all night watching YouTube videos on how to be a florist?!! Absolute shambles of a service. Please avoid!!

I have reach or to get a new arrangement and have not gotten a response and then tried to get a refund and now still now response. I have been very please in the past and now I am very disappointed.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. These guys delivered one package 3 days early to my home. We weren’t there which is why I picked a specific date. At the same time I had also had flowers sent to the hotel where I was staying. They never delivered that. Starting they “lost” the package. I would never buy from them again.

Very disappointed in the size of the arrangement. For the cost of the flowers, the arrangement should have been significantly larger. Underwhelming!

Stay well clear! Poor customer service parcel delivered very late blamed everything on UPS for there incompetence on delivering.
