The order arrived in plenty of time for Valentine's Day. It was in perfect condition and provided the surprise I had planned. It is such a unique product in an elegant presentation...I will order again.

You did not have the order that was paid for. I ordered the black box and was told after that the black was out of stock and that I had to change my order.

Over $300 for this tiny heart box?!?! Insane cost for such a small gift. Unbelievably disappointed….

I ordered BASIC MINT GREEN SUEDE SUPERDOME BOX | LIGHT PINK ROSES for my wife. The order arrived with 3 roses out of its “socket.” The greeting message that I typed out was not included. I contacted customer service by email but no one has contacted me. This was not worth the $400 I payed for. I do not recommend these expensive roses!

Paid for next day shipping. Received an email said it was shipped. Ups tracking said they never received package. I asked for refund, customer service said no. Horrible customer service
