If I could give 0 stars I would! Still waiting on my friend to receive her flowers. I ordered them on the 27th with two day shipping. I received an email the flowers were out of stock and they would refund my 40$ shipping I paid and expedited ship them on their behalf when they received the flowers. May 2nd I received an email they were being shipped out and it’s now the 5th and still waiting for her to receive them! I’m furious and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

What I received was far from what I ordered. I ordered dark purple roses as were advertised on your website. They were specifically chosen to go with my room decor. What I received were pink roses. If you cannot fulfill the exact colors that you have on your website, you should remove them from website. What you have is false advertising. Substituting for another color without notifying me was unacceptable. I highly suggest you text your clients a photo of what they are about to receive before shipping to get their approval. Your products are expensive and to not receive exactly what I ordered was disappointing. When I contacted customer service through your website, I was told “no exchanges, no returns” and that your grower is not producing purple roses currently. Then why sell them?

The flowers were great. Stop spamming me with texts n emails I don't need flowers every week . I know you exist.

Purchasing process was intuitive and easy. Love the low maintenance of the flowers. Flowers arrived beautifully without any issues.

Just georgeous. Perfect packaging, super romantic. My only complaint is 50 bucks to ship a single rose is absolutely ridiculous but I’m guessing maybe it needs to stay in a cool environment or something like that.

Product was perfect and delivered on time! However, I wanted to change the note and reached out to support for help. There was about 5 email exchanges with me stating the same things multiple times and getting same answers. It seemed like there was not enough attention paid to my emails and the answers were robotic. It was a bit frustrating. In the end, I was not able to change the note.

Overnight delivery, BEAUTIFUL product!

Very very small. Very overrated. They don't allow returns / exchange. Don't waste your money.
