Absolutely amazing! Gizelle and team have been wonderful, patient and very helpful in the run up to my family’s year end holiday to Hokkaido. The attentiveness and knowledge shared have helped to give us a sense of assurance that everything will be ready and perfect for the family’s first ski adventure. Really appreciate all the kind assistance rendered and we cannot wait to meet Gizelle and the team in person when we arrive.

Jessica Batubara was the customer service representative who helped me book the perfect accommodation for my honeymoon. She was very helpful in sending a handful of different options in a variety of pricepoints and was so quick and timely in responding to any requests I had. I also requested information about ski/snowboard rentals and she immediately put me in contact with the gear shop they work with to get our bookings confirmed. This was such a fabulous first touchpoint of our trip to Japan and she was so helpful!

Dear Maggy Firstly congratulations on your wedding and thank you for choosing to book your honeymoon with us! We're glad to hear Jessica took good care of you and made it easy to book everything (planning a holiday should feel like one too:). Wishing you the best trip and of course lots of jaPOW - which is looking great at the moment as it is snowing already. Many thanks The Luxe Nomad team

I have received a. first rate service from my customer service consultant Lyndy Cu in organising various transportation requirements and lift passes. Lyndy also picked up an error I had initially made on one leg of the transfers and was able to resolve it.

Dear Michael, Thank you for the lovely review and glad Lyndy took detailed care of your trip! It can definitely be challenging organising everything in detail in Japan. We hope you have an amazing trip :) The Luxe Nomad team
