Had a lovely stay at The Vale, Niseko as a family of four :) Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, with the receptionists giving us great restaurant recommendations. We are currently preparing another trip there for this year's season and Jan, who we communicate with through email in preparation of our trip, is amazing, taking care of our ski lessons and reservations :) Overall great experience with The Luxe Nomad.

Hotel notified us of the delay in the opening of Grand Hirafu Lift Operation, and offered to change our dates. Gracie Acdal was very prompt in getting back to us with regards to our enquiries and eventually helping us with our change. Very appreciative of her prompt help.

Dear Johnson, Thank you for your lovely review for Gracie and we're glad to hear she was able to help with your changes. It's a pity mother nature is not in our favour these few days but we hear snow will be en route soon! Thank you for booking with us :) The Luxe Nomad team

Extremely pleased with the warm, welcoming service. Had the pleasure of setting up my friend group's stay at Snow Crystal Nisade with staff member Gizelle Rondero and it made the entire process so much more pleasant and easy. She was friendly and helped us book extracurricular activities such as snowsports lessons and even provided us with a polished outline of our trip itinerary. The service was spectacular.

I would like to express my deepest appreciation for Gracie Acdal from the Reservation Office. Gracie was, in one word, an angel. Due to my own booking mistake, my reservation became quite complicated, but Gracie handled everything with remarkable professionalism, patience, and genuine care. She put in real effort to help me secure the exact room type my family needed, and she guided me through every step with kindness and clarity. Her communication was fast, thoughtful, and incredibly reassuring. It was clear that she wasn’t just “doing her job” — she truly cared about finding the best solution for us. Because of her support, all the stress I had completely disappeared, and I could feel how dedicated she is to her guests. It’s very rare to meet someone who works with this level of skill, sincerity, and heart. Thanks to Gracie, our upcoming stay at The Vale Rusutsu already feels special. Gracie Acdal, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are the reason I will happily recommend The Vale Rusutsu to others.

Dear Uni Bae, Thank you for much for writing such a long and lovely review about Gracie! We are so happy to hear that she sorted things out for you - and by the way, making an error on a booking - we have all done that before :) This review has made our day and am sure it will for Gracie too. We hope you have the most wonderful stay at The Vale Rusutsu! Many thanks The Luxe Nomad team
