Diane Garrol was our co-originator for our 18 days winter Niseko ski holidays and she did an exceptional job in looking after us and assisting in meeting our many needs and requests, sometimes even responding at 1.30 am in the morning!! She was knowledgeable, friendly , and very helpful and even provided a complete itemised program of our bookings eventhough we did not ask for it. We are very happy to return back to Maples and the staff service at Maples was also wonderful and especially Tash Sarmiento the Manager who responded positively to all our requests. We are looking forward to a great time in the next 17 days. David Leong and family -Singapore/Malaysia

Dear David and Jessie, 18 days - Sounds like a fantastic trip to have :) Diane is indeed a hard worker and currently based in New Zealand hence you might have had some odd hours! We're glad to hear she took fantastic care of you and got all the details right. And Tash is our long time and wonderful General Manager at The Maples.
