When our family encountered an unexpected situation that led us to cancel our trip, we requested assistance from NISADE to help cancel all of our arrangements. This was my second time staying at the Niseko Kyo and it was absolutely brilliant. Diane was incredibly helpful making sure all bookings and rentals had been arranged - from ski lessons to restaurants and suggesting activities for my kids. Skiing holidays are wonderful and fun for families but a lot of organising goes into them, Diane made that experience pain free!
